Free on-site walkthrough
We set up a time to walk the building with you and go over your requirements in detail, rather than pricing the work down the phone.
A written proposal
You receive a proposal for services that sets out the scope and the schedule, built around your operating hours.
A consistent crew, on your schedule
Cleaning runs after hours or at weekends where that suits you, by a team assigned to your property so the people who clean it know it.
Inspections and adjustments
Your account executive is your direct contact: they coordinate site walkthroughs and inspections and adjust the scope as your needs change.

A dedicated team is assigned to your property. The people who clean it learn its layout, its access arrangements and your preferences, and the standard does not reset every time the rota changes.
A written scope
What is cleaned, how often and when is written into your proposal, so both sides can check the work against the same list.
Proactive maintenance
Periodic work — carpet extraction, strip and wax, high dusting — is planned into the schedule so floors and finishes last longer, rather than waiting until they look worn.

Yes. The on-site walkthrough and the proposal that follows are free and carry no obligation.
Who do I contact once cleaning has started?
Your account executive. They are your direct contact for walkthroughs, inspections and any change to the scope or schedule.
What if our needs change?
The scope is adjusted with your account executive — more frequent visits, extra areas, periodic floor care or a one-off deep clean can all be added.
Who will be cleaning our building?
A team assigned to your property, so the same people clean it each visit. Our cleaning staff undergo background screening, and the business is bonded and covered by liability insurance and WSIB Ontario.
