I highly recommend Art and the team at Evergreen Cleaning Service. I especially appreciate the personal service I get and wanted to express my appreciation for the team that's been cleaning our offices for the past 3 years.

I'm in the property management business and Evergreen Cleaning Services always comes through when I'm working within a tight schedule and need office cleaning or additional 'one off' services in a pinch. They also service a few of my clients for commercial and office cleaning and I'm happy to refer them. I especially appreciate having direct contact with the owner.

Thanks for fitting us in for the deep clean. Your staff did a terrific job and our manager is impressed. Will be in touch for follow up and regular cleaning service contract. Thanks again

Why Toronto businesses choose Evergreen

A clean, organised building makes a good first impression, shows that its owners care about the people who use it, and lets the business get on with what it does. Since 1989 we have done that for professional firms, clinics, retail outlets, industrial buildings and warehouses.

Flexible scheduling

We work after hours and at weekends to keep disruption to your employees and clients to a minimum, and plan the work around your schedule.

Proactive maintenance programmes

Periodic floor and surface care planned into the year, using professional equipment and current techniques, to extend the life of your floors and finishes.

A dedicated account executive

One person who responds to your concerns, coordinates walkthroughs and inspections, and adjusts the scope as your needs change.

  • WSIB covered, bonded and insuredBackground-screened staff, covered by liability insurance and WSIB Ontario.
  • One account executiveA direct contact who coordinates walkthroughs, inspections and changes.
  • After hours and weekendsCleaning scheduled around your business, not the other way round.

How it works

  1. Tell us about the space

Call (416) 803-4880 or send the short quote form. We ask what kind of building it is, where it is and what you need cleaned.

  2. Free on-site walkthrough

We set up a time to walk the building with you and go over your requirements in detail, rather than pricing the work down the phone.

  3. A written proposal

You receive a proposal for services that sets out the scope and the schedule, built around your operating hours.

  4. A consistent crew, on your schedule

Cleaning runs after hours or at weekends where that suits you, by a team assigned to your property so the people who clean it know it.

  5. Inspections and adjustments

Your account executive is your direct contact: they coordinate site walkthroughs and inspections and adjust the scope as your needs change.
